Digitally integrating a Panasonic Voice Processing System with one of the Panasonic Digital Hybrid IP-PBX Systems will provide additional advanced features that are only available when connected to a Panasonic KX-TDA System such as Email Integration, two-way record, and call screening. You can configure the voicemail system to notify you by e-mail when you've received new messages. The system will send your message in a telephone quality WAV File format as an e-mail attachment and listening to the message without ever picking up the phone. You can then forward them to other e-mail parties or save them into your archives for later retrieval. Calling into your office for voicemail messages are thing of the past.
